I can conduct sessions on zoom if you would prefer.

I am available for appointments on Tuesday’s Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9am and 5pm.

I have a deep understanding of the challenges facing neurodivergent teens and young people. I can work with your teen or young adult to help them learn about sensory needs, executive functioning challenges, social connections and how to take care of themselves so they can flourish in the life they choose.

Late diagnosis of Autism or ADHD often stems from a life long struggle with overwhelm, anxiety or depression. I work with many adults to help them understand the context of their lives with greater compassion and acceptance.

I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to support parents who are on a journey of discovery with their neurodivergent child. Combining my training in Mindfulness and Counselling I help parents learn about neurodivergence while reducing stress as they find peace and calm in their parenting journey.
