Sessions are available either online (Zoom) or Face to Face from my home office in Mt Eden.

I am available for appointments on Tues-Friday between 9am and 5pm.

In addition to regular parenting support I also specialise in working with parents of autistic teens or young adults who are stuck in their life. I am trained in Dr Siena Whitmans “SPACE to Grow” program.

I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to support parents who are on a journey of discovery with their neurodivergent child.

Combining my training in Mindfulness and Counselling I help parents learn about neurodivergence while reducing stress as they find peace and calm in their parenting journey.

Late diagnosis of Autism or ADHD often stems from a life long struggle with overwhelm, anxiety or depression. I work with many adults to help them understand the context of their lives with greater compassion and acceptance.

I am a certified ADHD Coach through Gold Mind Academy and am experienced at working with late diagnosed ADHD and Autistic adults.

I have a deep understanding of the challenges facing neurodivergent teens and young people. I can work with your teen or young adult to help them learn about sensory needs, executive functioning challenges, social connections and how to take care of themselves so they can flourish in the life they choose.

I enjoy helping University Students succeed by supporting them to manage the admin and executive functioning areas of tertiary life and living away from home.
